Ron and Simon are a great duo! Not only did they have answers but they spoke in laymen’s terms that kept everyone comfortable. If there’s anything that will cause people to be nervous, tech talk will do it. Ron impressed me at 2 am, 10 hours into the upgrade, with his concerns about us moving the voice mail system. His personal concerns were channeled through Maria and expressed in a way that made total sense to us. It was a good call!
Andy worked his tail off! I know that every successful install requires great prep work. Andy made this success story possible! For many days, he was working in the background, accomplishing great things!
And then there is the rest of the TEAM… not a single slacker in the bunch! At 7 PM, when the 11 year old, rats nest of cables, fell from top of the old cabinets, not a single one complained! And I am sure that no one was ready to spend 4 hours cleaning up that mess.
